NOT GONNA LIE, this girl LOVES a good knockoff. Especially this little situation from Steve Madden. I wouldn’t necessarily say that their version is better than Miu Miu’s, BUT it’s DEF more wearable for the everyday person and TOTALLY more versatile. I mean, if you follow our Facebook page you would have seen that yesterday’s style inspiration consisted of Anna Della Russo SHUTTING.IT.DOWNNN in the gold glitter/coral version of the Miu Miu booties, which was FAB, but at the same time, not everyone can pull that off. FEEL ME? That’s why I’m really into these. Aside from the fact that I live and die for a nude shoe, the glitter, although heavily ~~inspired~~ copied from Miu Miu, gives me what I NEED. But if the gold is a bit too much for you, it also comes in a black/gunmetal color-way. and at the SALE PRICE of $99 it’s KIND OF a NO.BRAINER. Try pairing the gold pair with a some dark skinny jeans or a skinny dark olive green pant, simple white top and every piece of gold jewelry you own. Ok, let me start off by explaining why I had to blur this dude out from the waist down: his choice of jeans are SO.OFFENSIVE. that I didn’t want to expose my readers to such vulgarity. This IS a family friendly blog after all. I meannnn I just want to know who the stylist was here. I’d like to hire him, so I could FIRE him. ANYWAYS- back to the sweater. I really dig a color-blocked moment, even when it’s lazily done for you courtesy of H&M, but isn’t it ALL about being effortless anyway? Thought so. As far as what to wear this with, you’re OBVIOUSLY not following after THAT guy. I would highly suggest pairing it with a pair of chinos (some shade of tan/khaki), a nice gold watch, and something simple on your feet, like Vans. But the “chukka” lace-up version, not those slip on things. HATES a slip on anything*. Just don’t do it. K? You’re welcome. #ColorblockThemHoes!

It’s that time of the month again, and like a bad dream those pants you got from Zara last week, that once fit you like a glove, suddenly don’t button anymore. You are VERY.CONFUSED.BY.THIS. while lying on the floor, exhaling ALL THE WAY, thinking THINNNN thoughts as you try to fasten yourself up- YEAH! BEEN.THERE. But ladies, this does NOT make it ok to leave the house in yoga pants and UGG boots. (*UGG boots are actually NEVER appropriate. File that away under: “VERY IMPORTANT SHIT“). Instead, what you do is throw on a simple white tee/tank, a camel- not “beige” bitch, CAMEL- suede boot, and wrap this Vila Aztec Patterned Oversized Cardigan around that puffiness. This shit is uber comfortable and check it: it’s long enough that you don’t even have to worry about buttoning your pants. FEEL ME? #NoShame. #DealWithIt You’re welcome.
