Well all know Prada KILLED IT with their lurex pieces for F/W 2011. But, I’m NOT.MAD. at these Lurex Track Pants from Phillip Lim. Sequined/metallic bottoms are def happening this season as well and I am REALLY into the subtlety of these copper situations. Also loving the juxtaposition between the luxe shimmer and shine contrasting with the sporty design of it all. I mean, the waist is elastic for christsake which, NOT GONNA LIE, is a GOOD.LOOK. for me most of the time. Feel me?! Vodka sodas are SUPPOSED to be low cal, but I don’t think it matters when you drink as much as I do. Rick Owens is a GOD. If you only decide to wear one designer for the rest of your life, I HIGHLY recommend this dude. He can do NO wrong and he proves it here with this hooded lab coat. Rick has the ability to take everyday garments, even the protective robe of a chemist, and turn it into something post-apocalyptic yet still extremely wearable. He is a genius.
